CONDITIONS
2. BY ORDERING ANY OF THE SERVICES AS SET OUT ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE CONDITIONS. YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCEED WITH YOUR PURCHASE IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS. CONFIRMED ON YOUR ORDER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVISE AND AMEND SLEEPOVER SPECTACULAR’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.
3. YOU AGREE THAT EMAIL AND OTHER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CAN BE USED AS A MEANS OF COMMUNICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL CONTRACTS, NOTICES, INFORMATION AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS THAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU ELECTRONICALLY COMPLY WITH ANY LEGAL REQUIREMENT THAT SUCH COMMUNICATIONS BE IN WRITING. THE
PRICES OF THE SERVICES ARE QUOTED AND AGREED WITHIN AN ORDER
4. PAYMENT OF AN ORDER MAY BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER OR CASH. OUR STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS ARE THAT 50% OF THE PRICE SET OUT ON ORDER IS PAYABLE AS A NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING (SUBJECT TO THESE CONDITIONS) AND FULL PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES MUST BE MADE 2 WEEKS BEFORE SET UP. THESE PAYMENT TERMS MAY BE
VARIED, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
5. WE WILL TAKE ALL REASONABLE CARE TO KEEP THE DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT SECURE, BUT IN THE ABSENCE OF NEGLIGENCE ON OUR PART, WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS YOU MAY SUFFER IN THE EVENT OF UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
BY A THIRD PARTY.
6.YOU MAY CANCEL A REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORDER IN WRITING. PLEASE NOTE, WHERE SLEEPOVER SPECTACULAR HAS ALREADY PROVIDED PART OR ALL OF THE SERVICES, PART OR FULL PAYMENT MAY BE DUE.
7. THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE HIRE PERIOD (AS SET OUT IN THE ORDER) YOU ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND SAFE CUSTODY OF THE INVENTORY.
8.YOU MUST BE SATISFIED WITH THE INVENTORY BEFORE USE AND SHOULD NOTIFY US OF ANY UNACCEPTABLE INVENTORY BEFORE USE BEFORE THE HIRE PERIOD. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ON INVENTORY WHILST IN YOUR CARE DURING THE HIRE PERIOD. YOU AGREE TO US AGAINST ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE INVENTORY DURING THE HIRE PERIOD, WHATSOEVER THE CAUSE.
9.WE SHALL USE OUR REASONABLE ENDEAVOURS TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES AND INVENTORY AS REQUESTED BY YOU, PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER THAT MATTERS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING THE WEATHER OR ISSUES RELATING TO A LOCATION THAT ARE BEYOND OUR
CONTROL, MAY REQUIRE THAT THE SERVICES HAVE TO BE ALTERED, REDUCED OR DELAYED. WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF OUR CONCERNS AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY OF ANY PARTICULAR CONCERNS THAT WE MAY HAVE REGARDING THE LOCATION OR OTHER MATTERS, SUCH AS THE WEATHER, WINDS AND THE USE OF THE BELL TENT AND OTHER EQUIPMENT, AND OF ANY ACTION THAT MAY BE TAKEN TO REMEDY THESE CONCERNS.
10. RISK OF YOUT SIGNED INVENTORY, SIGNED BY THENCLIENT AFTER SET UP
AS APPROVAL OF ALL LISTED ON THE INVENTORY PASSES TO YOU WHEN THE INVENTORY LEAVES OUR POSSESSION OR CONTROL AND REMAINS WITH YOU UNTIL THE INVENTORY IS RETURNED TO OUR
PHYSICAL POSSESSION AND CONTROL. 11. OWNERSHIP OF THE INVENTORY REMAINS OURS AT ALL TIMES. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT, TITLE
OR OWNERSHIP OF ANY GOODS OR EQUIPMENT.
11. IF LATE COLLECTION DUE TO CLIENT, £250 LATE COLLECTION WILL BE CHARGED.
12. ANY BREAKAGES MUST HE REPLACED INCLUDED AND SIGNED FOR BY YOURSELF IN THE HIRE ITINERARY AND INVENTORY FROM
SLEEPOVER SPECTACULAR’’S INVENTORY LIST.
13.ANY DAMAGE TO THE IGLOO, BRLL
TENT AND ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT BELONGING TO SLEEPOVER SPECTACULAR MUST BE REPLACED WITHIN 7 DAYS.
14. WE SET UP YOUR EVENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GUESTS OR VISITORS’ HEALTH AND SAFETY OR YOUR CHILD.
